Horses
Horses are my absolute favorite animal. And I get to see them every day! Some days I even get to ride them. But you still have to do a lot of work with them. Most of these facts are for beginners.
Horses must be brushed at least once every two days. In winter every 3. (Because) It's not that bad. But it depends if your horse really likes to roll around a lot or not. In the winter, it's best to make sure that the horses don't have ice on their whiskers. If there are, take a curry comb and gently brush them off. Do NOT pull them off yourself, it'll hurt and and pull the whiskers.
If your horse is on a diet, it will need grain, but not too often. There are a lot of good brands out there who sell grains that are made expecaily for dieting horses.
For riding your horses any saddle will work. BUT to tie the saddle underneath is called a cinch. It depends on the cinch size. Now, I'm not saying that if you buy a saddle for the biggest horse in the world, then try it on the smallest, that it'll fit. MOST of the time it will fit.
